What is the cost for shipping ?

 

The shipping fee is calculated based on the size of your cart and your location in the world. We offer Free shipping on sales and some occasions. Please keep in mind that, due to some countries customs, the orders may take a bit longer to arrive. Subscribe to our newsletter and don’t miss out on our deals and promotions.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

 

If your order is lost in the mail, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost! All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

 

When will my order ship?

 

We ship your items within 5 days (usually 3-5).

 

 

When will I get my order?

 

Orders typically take 7 to 12  days to arrive. You will be noticed of any delay. 

 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

 

We provide shipping to UK and Europe. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

 

 

I’ve put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong variant

 

If this happens to you, email us at info@kool-kiddos.com as soon as possible and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can’t guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we will try to provide assistance in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.

 

 

What about my billing address?

 

Billing addresses are currently non editable to prevent and minimise fraud from happening. Please note that all details entered and submitted to us are final.

 

 

What about customs ?

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

 

 

The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

 

 

Can I change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping

 

Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

 

Can I still change my item after receiving confirmation of shipping?

 

Unfortunately, no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and not changeable.

 

 

What’s your return policy?

 

Please contact us before returning items. If your item is defective (misprinted or damaged), we will send you a new one at no cost. All claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.
